O’Connell Contracting were the principal contractor for the construction of 9 flats at Rectory Road, Southall. Works commenced in April 2018 and completed on programme in March 2019. The project consisted of high specification 1- & 2-bedroom flats handed over in a turnkey contract. O’Connell’s used direct labour for all groundworks, carpentry, and dry lining works on site.
O'Connell Demolition Ltd was appointed as Principle Contractor for two phases of demolition at Queens Park Rangers training ground in Hounslow, West London. Our scope of works included all asbestos removal, the demolition of 6 existing buildings including indoor basketball and handball courts, indoor and outdoor shooting ranges, the demolition of 6 outdoor tennis courts, disposal of hazardous waste off-site, the removal of below-ground obstructions and the grading and levelling of the site ready for follow on trades.
